Christiansburg Aquatic Center

Christiansburg, VA

New construction of an aquatic facility for the Town of Christiansburg that includes:

  • A 50-meter competition pool to promote and support competitive swimming at all age levels within the region.
  • A family/leisure pool with a two-story slide, water walking lanes, zero depth entrance, water jets and other recreational features
  • A therapy pool for physical therapy, injuries, arthritic persons and rehabilitation
  • Separate Virginia Tech Swimming and Diving team entrance, parking area and locker rooms
  • Spectator seating for competitive swimming and diving events


The facility will also be used by the Virginia Tech Swimming and Diving teams for training and competition.

The Crossroads Institute

Alteration and renovation of an existing retail facility to an entrepreneurial educational and training facility for rural southwest Virginia. The Crossroads Institute consists of nearly 80,000 square feet with Conference Facilities, Break-out Rooms, DS3 Internet Connection, Teaching Kitchen, Light Manufacturing areas, business incubation, Idea Lab, Wet Lab and Computer Emporium.

New construction of a student activities building. The 45,000 square foot facility offers a 250 seat auditorium, a food court, student lounge space, a TV lounge, a computer lounge and a game room. It includes the offices of the Department of Student Activities, the SGA, the CAB/BAP, Greek Life, Information and Event Planning Office, Campus Recreationand Food Services.

The Edward Via College of Osteopaethic Medicine at Virginia Tech was a pleasuer to build. The Doctors that this medical school produces will be focused on providing much needed medical treatment to the rural parts of Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina and Tennessee.

Carter Athletic Center at Northcross

This project involved the construction of an athletic facility which serves a dual purpose. It meets the needs of a Private School teaching Kindergarten through High School, and serves as a private athletic complex for the families of the schools students.
