The family pool is able to remain open year-round and its stone-faced deck is warmed by radiant heat.
Completed in August 2012, project included two 100-foot water slides, a 400-foot lazy river and private cabanas.

Construction of a new clubhouse for the Pete Dye River Course of Virginia Tech. The clubhouse rests on a 70 foot cliff overlooking the New River with breathtaking views of the river as well as the front and back nine loops of the course. Projected completed and opened in Spring 2010.

New facility representing the first major structural addition to Oak Ridge Estate in several decades. The architecture carries over many of the features of the original 1911 Carriage House on the Estate also renovated during this project.
